Joggers and Loggers

Walk, jog, or run, ALL ARE WELCOME! Join us monthly at MJ's Tavern at 6:30PM for a 1 or 2 mile recreational route. Always at your own pace and always a great time! 

Stick around for Steak Night specials and toss back a brew with other members. A great way to get out and make friends. 


ONF OUTings

With everything from the Rock Gym (climbing) to paddle boarding and bowling, ONF OUTings are open to all members. Some carry a fee for access, some are free. Try out new adventures with other members and make some friends along the way. These events are planned ahead, so be sure to RSVP HERE


ONF Learn & Burn

Learn & Burn is your opportunity to learn new fitness skills, technique, and how to plan your workouts, then put that information to work in a 30-45 minute sweat session. Don't be intimidated, it's all at your own pace and open to all fitness levels. A great way to get your feet wet and have fun with other members.


CHEAT DAY

 

 

This one's purely social. You've worked hard and your body thanks you. Reward yourself with us once per month at this social get together. Ranging from ice cream drop ins to full on dinners, join us the third Sunday of each month. Check the details, as the location changes each month.


It takes a village

Because it takes a village, members are encouraged to come out to help plan ONF OUTings and other events with us. Have a fun idea you'd like to see on the calendar? This is your chance to make it happen. Meetings are planned as needed, so keep an eye on the events list and calendar for the next one.

ONF'ers don't just do ONF official events... Feel free to coordinate meetups for other events, share events around town, or even find an adventure partner or gym buddy on our Member Forums. Any excuse is a good excuse to Get Up. Get Out. Get Active.
